These Terms of Service cover use of SecuritGuard OpenClaw, an internal operations assistant operated by Securit Guard and hosted at claw.securit.pro. The application is not a public product, not a consumer app, and not offered for general signup. Only authorized Securit Guard operators and administrators may use it.
If you are not an authorized internal operator, you have no licence to use the service, to complete Google’s OAuth consent for it, or to connect a personal Google account to it. Cancel any consent screen you reached in error and write to ian@securitguard.com if you think access was requested wrongly.
SecuritGuard OpenClaw lets authorized operators connect designated operations Gmail mailboxes through Google OAuth so they can read and send operations email without sharing mailbox passwords. The runtime that holds OAuth configuration and refresh tokens is the Claudia-Claw operations server. Gmail remains the system of record for mail. The application is a client of Google APIs for those mailboxes only.
The service may change as operational needs change. Securit Guard may add or remove operator features, change which mailboxes are in scope, suspend access, or discontinue the application. Because this is internal tooling, there is no public service-level agreement, no uptime warranty for external users, and no paid consumer subscription.
Use is limited to authorized Securit Guard operators. You must only connect Google accounts that you are allowed to use for Securit Guard operations. Do not connect unrelated personal accounts, client accounts you do not control, or any mailbox you are not permitted to authorize. Do not invite the public. Do not share operator access with people who have not been granted it by Securit Guard.
Operators must follow Securit Guard security rules when using the application, including rules on approved devices, handling of tokens, and confidentiality of client mail. Access may be withdrawn when a person leaves, changes role, or misuses the tool.
Operators must use SecuritGuard OpenClaw only for legitimate Securit Guard operations. Do not use it to access mailboxes without authorization, to exfiltrate mail, to send spam or advertising, to harass anyone, or to violate Google’s terms, these terms, or applicable law. Do not attempt to circumvent OAuth, extract client secrets, or reuse Google user data in another application contrary to the Privacy Policy and Google’s Limited Use rules.
Automated use is allowed only where an administrator has configured it for operations assistance. Unapproved scraping, bulk export, or feeding of Gmail content into public AI training is forbidden.
How we access, use, store, share, and retain Google user data — including Gmail identity, read, and send data — is described in the Privacy Policy at https://claw.securit.pro/privacy. That policy includes our Limited Use commitment for information received from Google APIs. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train public AI models. These terms do not replace that policy. If there is a question about data practices, the Privacy Policy controls.
By connecting a mailbox, an authorized operator confirms they have authority to grant the scopes shown on Google’s consent screen for that operations account, and that they have read the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided for internal operations as-is. Securit Guard is not liable to the public for use or inability to use the application. Operators remain responsible for the content of mail they send. We may update these terms by publishing a new version at this URL and changing the last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated to operators through ordinary internal channels where practical.
