This privacy policy explains how Securit Guard (“Securit Guard”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information, including Google user data, when authorized operators use SecuritGuard OpenClaw (the “App”). The App is an internal operations assistant. It is not a consumer social product and is not offered to the general public.
Please read this policy in full. By using the App, operators acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not connect a Google account to the App.
Securit Guard provides security operations support. SecuritGuard OpenClaw runs on the Claudia-Claw operations server (claw.securit.pro). It lets authorized Securit Guard operators connect designated operations Gmail mailboxes through Google OAuth so they can read, search, label, and send operations email without sharing mailbox passwords in chat or documents.
The App is used only by people Securit Guard has authorized. Google accounts connected to the App are designated operations mailboxes (for example company operations addresses), not unrelated personal consumer accounts of the general public.
When an operator signs in with Google, we receive the Google account email address and related identity needed to know which mailbox was connected and to keep the OAuth grant associated with that mailbox.
Depending on the OAuth scopes the operator grants, the App may access:
We request only the Gmail-related permissions needed for this operations mailbox workflow. We do not use this App to request Google Drive, Calendar, Photos, YouTube, Contacts, or other unrelated Google product data unless that access is separately authorized and disclosed.
The operations server may record ordinary technical logs such as timestamps, process status, error messages, and which operator initiated a mail action. These logs exist to operate, debug, and secure the service. They are not used for advertising.
We do not collect Google user data to build advertising profiles. We do not sell Gmail content. We do not use Gmail content for interest-based ads, credit scoring, or data-broker products.

SecuritGuard OpenClaw’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
OAuth client configuration and refresh tokens are stored on the Claudia-Claw operations server in access-controlled application files used by the mail tooling. Message content is processed to carry out the operator’s request. We do not copy the full mailbox into a separate marketing database.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps appropriate to an internal operations system, including restricting server access to authorized Securit Guard operators and administrators, and transmitting Google API traffic over HTTPS/TLS.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Gmail content with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Data may be disclosed only:
Any employees, contractors, or successors who handle this data must follow this policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
OAuth tokens are kept for as long as the mailbox remains authorized for operations use. When access is revoked or a mailbox is removed from the App, we delete or invalidate the stored tokens for that account so the App can no longer access that Gmail data.
Email content is not retained in the App beyond what is needed to complete the operator’s request and ordinary server logs. Logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, and troubleshooting, then discarded in the normal course of server maintenance.
An account owner can also revoke the App’s access at any time from their Google Account permissions page. After revocation, the App cannot read or send mail for that mailbox until it is authorized again.

If you are an authorized operator and want to know what Google data the App holds for a mailbox you control, contact the address above. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with our role as the operator of an internal operations system and with Google’s requirements.
The public legal pages at claw.securit.pro (home, privacy, and terms) do not use advertising cookies and do not run third-party ad trackers. They are static information pages. The App’s Google sign-in flow is handled by Google’s own OAuth pages, which are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly connect Google accounts of children. It is an internal workplace operations tool.
The operations server and Google’s Gmail infrastructure may process data in more than one country. If you connect a mailbox, you understand that Gmail data may be processed in the locations used by Google and by the Claudia-Claw host in order to provide the service.
We may update this privacy policy when our practices or Google’s requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If we use Google user data in a new way that is not already disclosed here, we will update this policy and obtain any consent Google requires before that new use.
